Training and developing our staff
We create a culture of continued development in a structured, robust and evidence-based way. Staff have an annual learning needs analysis and training for the year is carefully planned in response to this, to ensure we deliver the highest quality care.
Students and training placements
We contribute significantly to student education in paediatric palliative care. We have many opportunities available for university healthcare students and junior doctors.
Courses for external professionals
We offer a suite of paediatric palliative care modules, study days and simulation-based training. We can also be contacted for bespoke training packages and learning needs analyses.
