Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?
We would recommend dressing in weather appropriate clothing and to bring swimwear, a towel and trainers to wear in the water for the duration of the adventure (not walking boots).

How much time does the event take?
The event will take up a whole day. We meet up at Martin House early in the morning and drive with a minibus to Cautley Spout in the Yorkshire Dales. Depending on traffic we expect to be back at the hospice around 20:30.
