Martin House Research Centre Themes


The Martin House Research Centre's research is organised under six themes. These themes are as follows:
  • Emotional Health and Wellbeing
  • Clinical Care
  • Service planning, organisation and delivery
  • Parents and families
  • Bereavement
  • Workforce

All the research carried out falls into one or more of these catagories. Within this, the Centre's studies use a wide range of study designs and methods.

Overall, their research spans the entire period of childhood and into young adulthood. All their work is applied research, concerning issues relevant or related to health and care policy, service organisation and delivery and practice.
