Marketing Campaign Manager

We are looking for a passionate, skilled and people orientated Marketing Campaign Manager. This role will support the Head of Marketing and Communications and work with the Income Generation teams by planning, managing, and delivering memorable, emotive and impactful marketing campaigns. Promoting our fundraising initiatives and events via relevant marketing channels to attract and retain supporters and strengthen our donor channels.

You will have:

  • Extensive multi-channel marketing experience.
  • Experience in gaining PR coverage and working with journalists.
  • Experience in internal comms.
  • Retail marketing knowledge.
  • People management experience.
  • Solid people skills, and the ability to work effectively across all functions of the organisation.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and be a genuine team player.

  • Want to work in a well-established, award winning hospice, working as part of the multidisciplinary team to support the children, young people and their families from the time of their referral through to end of life care.
  • Be passionate about the work we do, and be flexible in your approach.
  • Be able to deal with sensitive situations and be comfortable working with families using the hospice.
  • Be hands on, with a desire to learn about the hospice and the work we do and build solid relationships throughout the hospice.
