This is a key position supporting the work of our database team within our Fundraising Department. Our database team processes all income we receive from supporters, so additional help to respond to these people as quickly as possible will be hugely beneficial to this area of our fundraising work.
The role includes:
- opening mail and organising documents to be processed
- scanning documents onto the system
- amending records on our CRM
- other relevant ad-hoc assistance.
Commitment
Minimum four hours a week (any day). Ideal/maximum 12 hours a week (any day).

- we will need you to complete documentation relating to the role
Due to the nature/location of this role, applicants will require a DBS check.
Volunteers supporting on site must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless medically exempt) by Friday 1 April 2022 to be able to fulfil this role. We will require evidence of your vaccination status prior to commencement.
