National Three Peaks Challenge

Join us for our biggest challenge to date, climbing a total height of almost 3,000 metres up the highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales and in just under 24 hours!
This challenge will start on Friday 8th and end on Saturday 9th April 2022 where you will walk across 23 miles in total.
Starting in Boston Spa outside Martin House Hospice, you will begin your challenge by climbing up Scotland’s highest peak, Ben Nevis, followed by Scafell Pike before crossing the border to Wales to conquer Snowdon.  
This challenge is guided by our expert mountain leaders, who will provide you with direction on where to walk, assistance and check you’re staying on course. 
The event is exclusively for Martin House with only 12 places available!

The National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy heights of:
  • Ben Nevis (1,344 metres)
  • Scafell Pike (978 metres)
  • Snowdon (1,085 metres)
Our mountain gurus at Kuta Outdoors are on hand with top tips on training and fitness in the run up to our National Three Peaks Challenge.

You will need a good level of fitness with prior training to take part. It is advised you are able to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks comfortably before taking on this challenge.
Registration costs: £150
Entry fee includes a Martin House top, expert training tips and a full guide to help you prepare for your challenge, along with mountain guides on the day and travel to, from and between the three peaks.
Sponsorship target: £350

We will be on hand from the moment you sign up to help you to raise as much money as possible.
Your £350 sponsorship could cover the cost of our medical supplies for a whole week.

We’d like to reassure you that over the coming months, we will be working closely with Kuta Outdoors to ensure we are following the latest government guidelines with regards to COVID-19 social distancing rules in order to deliver the safest event experience for all participants. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19, then a full refund of your registration fees can be requested.

Information for walkers

Important to know on the day of the event:
Arrival: 6:45am
Briefing: 7:00am
Meeting point at Martin House Hospice, Boston Spa. 
When you arrive you will be briefed by KUTA Outdoors with instructions for the day so you are fully prepared for the walk ahead.
Come prepared with a packed lunch, snacks and water.
A minibus will be provided to transport you between the peaks and back to Boston Spa.
Please note there are no dogs allowed on the walk.
