Relief Shop Manager (Fixed Term 12 Months)

Martin House provides care and support to children and young people with life limiting illnesses, and to their families. The hospice is in Boston Spa, Wetherby and we care for children and young people from across West, North and East Yorkshire.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Retail team. As Relief shop manager you will work flexibly across the Martin House Charity Shop chain to provide cover during the shop manager’s absence (e.g. annual leave, sickness absence and training).

You will need to be skilled at building positive relationships with staff and volunteers during a short period of time and adaptable to the variety of work you may be required to do.

You will work closely with our Assistant Retail and Development Manager to make best use of your time and skills to encourage the growth and prosperity of our retail shops. Therefore being open-minded, flexible and passionate about retail and our cause is a must.
