Regional Fundraising Team Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to lead the Regional Fundraising Team in delivering the regional fundraising strategy, and taking responsibility for ensuring that income is maximised from this important revenue stream, ensuring growth year on year.

The individual we are looking for will have a track record of producing and implementing effective strategic and operational plans, be able to undertake analysis to help support future growth, and will be a strong motivator for the team.

They will also need to be able to demonstrate experience of producing budgets, have a good understanding of regional fundraising trends and current fundraising legislation, and have excellent IT skills including advanced CRM analytical skills.

Martin House provides care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and to their families. The hospice is in Boston Spa, Wetherby, and we care for children and young people from across West, North and East Yorkshire.
