HR Assistant

35 hours a week

We are looking to recruit an HR Assistant to support our Head of People and Development in co-ordinating the delivery of our HR service. The HR Assistant will be responsible for maintaining and managing our day to day HR activities such as recruitment, sickness management, leavers, producing documentation, reporting and record keeping.

The ideal candidate will have, or be working towards, a Level 3 CIPD qualification or possess the equivalent experience within a generalised HR role. They should be confident in the use of MS Office products and have some experience of working with HR software packages.  Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in this environment, and some experience of working with volunteers would also be useful.
