Director of Corporate Services

As Director of Corporate Services you will have the opportunity take on the exciting challenge of developing and leading the new corporate services strategy for Martin House, and enable the charity to secure the resources required to deliver its strategic objectives, both now and in the future.

The position is a brand new role in thestructure and you will be joining at a particularly exciting and pivotal time in the charity's development.

This role will require you to effectively lead, inspire, develop and manage the corporate services teams to enable them to achieve their objectives – this will include overarching responsibility for ICT and Telecommunications, Facilities and Health & Safety, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, Risk Management, Performance Management.

Forming a key part of the executive management team, this role will require you to identify opportunities for growth and also look at making significant improvements in existing areas of corporate services.

To be considered for this hugely exciting opportunity you must have significant experience of working successfully at a strategic level in a medium-sized or large organisation, with evidence of ability to think and act strategically.

With demonstrable experience in the delivery of change management programmes, you should be known for your operational and project management skills and have an unrivalled commitment to quality assurance and quality improvement programmes.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on 18th January 2019. Initial interviews will take place in weeks commencing 21st and 28th January 2019 with Leanne Roberts. Long listed candidates will then have the opportunity to meet with Martin Warhurst, Chief Executive in February 2019. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a final panel interview that will take place on 28th February 2019.
