Ryan launches silent auction

Martin House ambassador Ryan Sidebottom has launched a grand silent auction this week with an array of unique prizes.

The auction, being held as part of England and Yorkshire cricketer Ryan's testimonial year to mark his retirement, will run on his website until his gala night on Thursday 31st August.

The first lot is a luxury hospitality box for 12 people for the England vs West Indies test match at Headingley on Saturday 26th August, which includes breakfast rolls and champagne on arrival, lunch, afternoon tea and a complimentary bar - with bids for this closing on Tuesday 1st August. 

Other lots include a one-week stay at a three-bed private villa at the Mar Manor Jack Nicklaus designed golf resort in Spain, a guitar owned and signed by Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees, a champagne dinner for two and overnight stay at Malmaison Leeds, a holiday in Tenerife, a champagne tasting and an oak coffee table.

Ryan is also auctioning some of his personal sporting memorabilia, including some of his England shirts and jumpers, a signed England 2017 test shirt, plus collections of items from Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow.

There is also sporting memorabilia and hospitality prizes, including Leger Legends hospitality for 10 people, with a day at the races and lunch with ex-Yorkshire cricketer and Manchester Utd player Arnie Sidebottom, a hospitality box at Doncaster Races for 12, as well as signed shirts and photographs from a range of sporting legends.
