Martin House Christmas Fair

13 October 2016

This November, we will be hosting our inaugural Christmas Fair to raise funds for children and young people across West, North and East Yorkshire with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.

The event takes place on Saturday 19th November at Wetherby Town Hall, offering members of the public the opportunity to browse a select range of boutique stalls selling gifts, crafts and treats, including our own range of Christmas Cards. There will also be chances to sign up to the hospice’s Christmas events and to find out more about supporting our work across the region.

Events Manager, Caroline Hudson, said: “We are delighted to be hosting our first Christmas Fair and look forward to being able to give a little back to the community that has supported us so generously over the past 29 years.

“The venue is easily accessible from York, Leeds and further afield. Whether you pop in for half an hour or stay all day, we would love you to come along and celebrate the start of the festive season with us. Any support you can give on the day will help us to continue providing our services to families when they need us most.”

Doors are open between 9.30am and 3.30pm and entry is free of charge. Donations made on the day will go towards supporting Martin House families over Christmas and in the year to come.
