£38,875 – £41,482 per annum dependent on experience: A higher salary may be available for an exceptional candidate

Martin House provides care and support to children and young people with life limiting illnesses, and to their families.   The hospice is in Boston Spa, Wetherby and we care for children and young people from across West, North and East Yorkshire.

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful new Head of Retail to enable us to continue to develop our Retail operations following a major review. The post holder’s principal duty will be to lead on the delivery of our new retail strategy, which encompasses significant growth and development plans, in order to increase the level of income from our shops.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for developing, managing and driving strategic retail business plans. You will need to have a proven track record of managing a number of retail outlets and be able to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. The ability to inspire and motivate a team, and lead them through a period of significant change is key to being successful in this role.
